We are all guilty of putting everyone before us. I want to help you to value yourself and put yourself first for just a little time, to encourage you to get back to being you.
I always show my clients an image from the back of the camera at the start of the shoot, so they can take a look at their make-up and hair and make sure they are happy before we move on. I have had ladies choke back tears at this point and say “is that really me?” it’s an incredible feeling for me too.
